Returns & Cancellations
Due to the intimate nature of our product, we do not accept returns. We will replace your order at no additional cost to you in the following instances:
- If the product arrives damaged and/or defective (it does not turn on); or
- It does not match the description on our website
We will require a photo/video of the item that clearly shows the damage/defect.
Items returned to the sender are not eligible for a refund.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address entered at checkout is correct.
We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local Customs. It is the buyer's responsibility to check with their local Customs office to make sure they're buying a product that does not violate local laws. If Customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. The Pleaser Pro is not responsible for confiscated goods or undelivered goods.
Please be advised that orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. If you would like to cancel your order and have not yet received a shipping confirmation email, please contact us and we will confirm if your order has shipped.
