Due to the intimate nature of our product, we are only able to issue a refund in the following cases:
- If the product arrives damaged and/or defective; or
- It does not match the description on our website
If the item you have received arrives damaged and/or defective or it does not match the description on our website, we can replace the item at no cost to you, or issue a refund to your original method of payment. We will require a photo of the damaged item.
We will not issue refunds for items confiscated by your local Customs. It is a buyer's responsibility to check with their local Customs office to make sure they're buying a product that does not violate local laws. If Customs should confiscate or return a package to us, the buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from us. If you need to return an item due to damage by the shipper, please email us at email@example.com including a photo of the damaged item, and we will replace it at no additional cost to you.
